Fruit Crisp
6 cups sliced fresh fruit (pears, peaches, or apples)
3/4 cup all-purpose flourÂ
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cold butter
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange fruit evenly in a 9x13 pan. Mix flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon and salt using a pastry cutter. Fold oats into flour mixture. Sprinkle flour and oat mixture over fruit and press down. Bake until topping is lightly browned, 30-40 min.
To take it up a notch, serve with Iwig vanilla ice cream!
