Radish Sandwich
A simple recipe passed down by Jessi’s Granddad:
Â
1Â Thinly slice a bunch of radishes.
2Â Butter two slices of bread (choose one that will hold together, like a country French) and place a layer of radishes on one slice.
3Â Wash the radish greens, tear into smaller pieces and layer on top of radishes (optional).
4Â Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top and add the other slice of bread.
5Â Viola! A radish sandwich, just like Granddad Elliott used to make.
