Radish Sandwich
A simple recipe passed down by Jessi’s Granddad:
 
1  Thinly slice a bunch of radishes.
2  Butter two slices of bread (choose one that will hold together, like a country French) and place a layer of radishes on one slice.
3  Wash the radish greens, tear into smaller pieces and layer on top of radishes (optional).
4  Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top and add the other slice of bread.
5  Viola! A radish sandwich, just like Granddad Elliott used to make.
