We’re hiring a Harvest & Packhouse Crew Member to join our team during the heart of the growing season. This position runs 30–40 hours/week from now through late November, with a start date no later than September 1st, 2025.

 

We’re looking for someone reliable, energetic, and eager to learn about local organic food production. If you’ve worked in farming, landscaping, food service, or other physical outdoor jobs — great! If not, we’re happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

 

What You'll Do

• Harvest, wash, and pack produce with attention to detail and quality

• Assist with greenhouse seeding, field work, and planting as needed

• Optional: help at the Saturday Farmers Market

 

Who You Are

• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time well

• A quick learner who can adapt and work well with others

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather

• Able to lift 40+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

• Experience in physical or food-related jobs is a plus — but not required

 

Compensation & Benefits

• $14–$16/hour starting, based on experience

• Paid 30-minute lunch 

• Free produce (farm seconds — eat like a farmer!)

• Paid Time off for full-time employees

• End of season profit sharing bonus potential

• Direct deposit, paid twice monthly
