GREEN GARLIC is great for tossing with all these Spring greens. After peeling off the outer layer of leafy skin, the garlic bulb and all the tender stem can be used.


CURED GARLIC should last in a dark dry cupboard for weeks or months. Pair this with any other CSA veggie in a sauté.
