Evercrisp apples are a cross between Fuji and Honeycrisp apples, and are crunchy and sweet with a hint of floral notes.
South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage.
